Dear all, a reminder that the ever popular Ring for Cream tea will be held on Sunday 13 September.

Diana needs to know initial numbers for the cream tea by 2pm, tomorrow, Sunday 23 August, so she can book and pay. Then she will take food orders by 6th September. So if you plan to join us, please contact her – email address diana_cherryfields@yahoo.co.uk

Unfortunately Sunday trading rules are affecting this event so this year is a cut-down version to fit in with Sunday Service and Garden Centre timings, sorry.

Sunday 13th September

1-1:45pm Rothwell   10   church with toilets   

and the bone crypt will be open for the public including  those of us interested

2-2:45pm Cransley 6   ground floor, but no facilities

3pm (sharp as they close 4 with 4:15pm lockup!) Bosworth Garden Centre Burton Latimer.

Please order food from menu pictures below and let me know by 23rd August as there is no confirmed booking until I pay the £5 deposit per head, sorry. I will provide them with spreadsheet of orders later.

Diana has tried their fruit scones with jam and clotted cream, and they are good but not huge. 

Please make your order clear especially re jam and cream with fruit and/or plain scone but not with cheese one? There was some confusion last year. Please specify your drink too, thank you.

So on the day please give me rope fees (£1:50 per tower visited, to cover tower donations) and £5 food deposit, with the balance to be paid to the Garden Centre on the day.
